I, GRACE G. GAVITT, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, for consideration paid, grant to ROBERT N. CLARKE and JEAN M. CLARKE, husband and wife, both of said Town, County and State, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain lot or tract of land situated and being in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, shown and designated as Lot Number 6 (six) on that certain plan or plat entitled, "Ocean View Subdivision Charlestown, R. I., Wm. A. Wilcox - Authorized Agent. Scale 1" = 80 ft. Rossi and Lewis, Engineers, June, 1932;" said plan or plat being on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, said Town of Charlestown. Said lot Number 6 is bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY : by Lot Number 39, as shown on said Plat, a distance of One hundred (100) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 5, as shown on said Plat, a distance of 189.92 feet, more or less;
SOUTHERLY : by the Post Road, as shown on said Plat, a distance of One Hundred (100) feet, more or less;
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 7, as shown on said Plat, a distance of 189.92 feet, more or less.
This conveyance expressly excepts the rights of the Grantees, their heirs and assigns, to use "Briarwood Road" and "Pine Road," as shown on said plat and conveys no right, title or privilege to use said "Briarwood Road" or "Pine Road."
I, Grace G. Gavitt, hereby covenant that I am unmarried.
