238 WE, LYNDON ARNOLD, residing at 981 Highland Avenue, Pelham Manor, New York, THOMAS L. ARNOLD, residing at Charlestown, Rhode Island, and THE WASHINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of Rhode Island, having an office for the transaction of business at Westerly, Rhode Island, as Trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Thomas L. Arnold, deceased, parties of the first part, IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Eight hundred Dollars ($800), lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration, paid by CHARLES J. LINK and DOROTHY T. LINK, his wife, parties of the second part, do grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, ALL those two certain tracts of land situated at Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, on Fort Neck road, bounded and described as follows: Parcel No. 1. Beginning at a point on the South side of the State Highway, which point is perpendicularly northwesterly of corners of lands now of Charles J. Link and wife, and running thence a southeasterly line along the Southerly line of the State Highway line State Highway one hundred sixty (160) feet, more or less, to a point in the corner formed by the State Highway and Fort Neck road, thence running a Southerly line along the westerly line of the easterly side of Fort Neck road two hundred thirty (230) feet to a point on the east side of Fort Neck road, thence running a line northwesterly, to a point on the State Highway one hundred sixty (160) feet, more or less, to a point which point is the Southeasterly corner of lands now of Charles J. Link and wife, thence running a line northerly one hundred twenty (120) feet, more or less, to the place of beginning being the same boundary of lands of Charles J.
