32 WARRANTY DEED
PERRIVILLE REALTY COMPANY, a Rhode Island Corporation having a place of business
in the City of Providence, County of Providence, and State of Rhode Island, for consideration
paid, grants to HAROLD ECKHART and ALICE M. ECKHART, his wife, both of the City of Hartford,
in the State of Connecticut, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY
COVENANTS
That certain lot of land together with the buildings and improvements
thereon, situated in the Town of South Kingstown, County of Washington
and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of the premises herewith conveyed
at the intersection of Green Hill Road and Route 1, a stone wall running
westerly along said stone wall one hundred fifty (150) feet to an iron
pipe set in the ground at said stone wall; thence southerly at an
right angle and running by a stone wall 1000 feet to an iron pipe
set in the ground; thence easterly at right angles and running
by a stone wall in ground thence easterly at right angles and running
by a stone wall 1000 feet to an iron pipe set on Green Hill Road;
easterly one hundred fifty (150) feet to the shore of said Green Hill Road a distance of
one hundred (100) feet to the point of beginning and place of
beginning.
Together with a right to pass and repass by foot and vehicle to and from
the described premises over and across a passageway on land of Dorothea
D. Walsh leading said premises from the Matunuck Shore Road or
Walsh Road, toward Green Hill Road.
This conveyance is made subject to restrictions as set forth in that certain
deed from Dorothea D. Walsh to John Pennell dated September 19, 1947.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, PERRIVILLE REALTY Company, has caused these presents to be signed
and its corporate seal hereto be affixed by its President thereunto duly authorized, this 16th
day of August, 1954.

COUNTY OF PROVIDENCE
In Providence, on the 16th day of August, 1954, before me personally appeared Roger
F. Washburn, the President of PERRIVILLE REALTY COMPANY, known to me and known by me to be
such officer of said corporation, and he acknowledged that he signed and executed the fore-
going instrument in his said capacity for and in behalf of said corporation, and that said
execution was his free and voluntary act and deed and the free and voluntary act and deed of
such corporation, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said
corporation, and affixed by authority of the stockholders of said corporation.
