JAMES L. TAFT, of Cranston, in the State of Rhode Island for consideration
paid, grant to MARGARET A. HAYDEN, of Providence in said State of Rhode Island, with
QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
Those certain lots or parcels of land located in the Town of Charles-
town, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and
designated as Lots 1221-1222-1223 shown on a "Map of Charlestown" by
the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, laid out and surveyed by Thomas F.
Reilly, scale " = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1954, K. W. Leighton, Phil-
Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut, and laid in the Office of the
Town Clerk of said town, and said lots are bounded as follows:
NORTHERLY, by Traymore Street, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75)
feet, more or less; EASTERLY, by lot 1224, as shown on said Map, one
hundred twenty-five (125) feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY, by part of
lot 1220, and lot 1219, as shown on said Map, one hundred twenty-five
seventy-five (75) feet, more or less; WESTERLY, by lot 1124, as shown on
said Map, one hundred twenty-three (123) feet, more or less.
Also those certain lots or parcels of land, laid out and designated as
Lots 1065-1066-1067 on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, Town
of Charlestown, Rhode Island, County of Washington, Rhode Island,
and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Civil Engineer, New Haven,
Conn.," which said plat is filed in said Office of the Town Clerk of said
town, and said lots together are bounded as follows: EASTERLY, by Kilburn
Street, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY, by lot 1121 and lot 1122, as shown on said Map, two hundred twenty-one
tints beelines (221.5) feet, more or less, WESTERLY, by Charlestown
Road, as shown on said Map, seventy-five (75) feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY, by
lot 1063, as well as lot 1064, as shown on said Map, one hundred twenty-five
eighteen (81.36)
feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY, by lot 1063, as shown on said Map, one
hundred ninety-four and five tenths (194.5) feet, more or less.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor by Deed of Alice S. Hayden
dated March 13, 1954, and recorded in the Office of the Town Clerk of the
Town of Charlestown in Book 34, Page 93.
This conveyance is made subject to restrictions of record and any unpaid
taxes.
(NO REVENUE STAMPS REQUIRED)
I, Katherine M. Taft, wife of the grantor release to said grantee all my right of
dower and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises.
