704 THE WASHINGTON TRUST COMPANY in the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded in the Book of mortgages of the Town of Charlestown, in Real Estate Mortgage Book Number 32 Page 38 does hereby cancel and discharge the same. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, said Company has caused these Presents to be signed and its Corporate Seal to be hereunto affixed by its Treasurer duly authorized this 8th day of September A. D. 1953. THE WASHINGTON TRUST COMPANY (Corporate Seal) Signed and Sealed } in presence of } by Robert B. Perry, Treas Received for record September 9th, A. D. 1953 at 9:15 o'clock, a. m., and recorded by Town Clerk ---- The undersigned having received full payment and satisfaction of that certain mortgage dated September 29, 1951, and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, in Book 32, at page 608, hereby cancels and discharges the same, and covenant to and with the payer that I am the present owner of said Mortgage.
