589 I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town of North Haven, County of New Haven and State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Madonna A. McOsker, (single), of the Town and County of Providence and State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island and laid out and designated as Lots Numbers 364 and 367 shown on a "Map of Charlestown" by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: SOUTHERLY | by Lewis Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; WESTERLY | by Lot Number 365, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less; NORTHERLY | by Lots Numbers 369 and 330, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; EASTERLY | by Lot Number 363, as shown on said Map, one hundred feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. The consideration of this deed is less than one hundred (100) dollars. Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises WITNESS my hand this 22nd day of December, A. D. 1936. Thomas F. Reilly [L. S.] Anna T.
