RICHARDSON, to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument by them executed, to be their free act and deed. DANIEL J. D. 1945 at 9:05 o'clock a. m., and recorded by [?] Town Clerk ---- (For Assignment of above Mortgage, See Book 30, Page 698) RELEASE OF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the Pioneer Mutual Life Insurance Company, a corporation organized under and pursuant to the laws of the State of North Dakota, having its principal office in the city of Fargo, County of Cass, and State of North Dakota, does hereby release and discharge a certain mortgage from William and Lillian H. Richardson to the Grand Lodge of the Ancient Order of United Workmen of North Dakota, dated March 1, 1945, and filed for record in the land evidence records of the Town of Charlestown, Vol 29, Pages 376-379, and further released and quit-claimed in Vol 29, Pages 376-379 in Volume 29, Pages 376-379, that the said mortgage was assigned and quit-claimed by the said Grand Lodge of the Ancient Order of United Workmen of North Dakota to the said Pioneer Mutual Life Insurance Company December 11, 1947, and filed for record in the Land Evidence Records of the Town of Charlestown, State of Rhode Island, April 13, 1948, in Volume 30, Pages 697-698. In Witness whereof, on this 8th day of May, A. D. 1952, the said corporation, the Pioneer Life Insurance Company has executed this release of mortgage and attached its corporate seal affixed in its behalf by its President, B. C. Marks.
