377 STATUTORY FORM OF WARRANTY DEED The GRAND LODGE of the ANCIENT ORDER of UNITED WOMEN OF NORTH DAKOTA, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Dakota, and having its principal office in the City of Fargo, County of Cass, in said State, for consideration paid, grant to WILLIAM JOHN RICHARDSON and LILLIAN H. RICHARDSON, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, and State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants, and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS: That certain tract or parcel of land and lying being and situated in said Town of Charlestown, Washington County and State of Rhode Island, and situated on the West side of the East Beach Road Place of being that leads from the Road to the Sea, and bounded on the Quonochontaug Church street, running south to the East Beach road, so-called, and bounded on the East by the East Beach Road, the boundaries being as follows: beginning at the Northeast corner of the premises hereby conveyed at a drill hole in a Stone bound on the West side of the East Beach Road, then running thence northerly along said road to a drill hole in the corner of a wall in a Stone bound on the West side of the East Beach road, thence running in a Westerly direction along said barrier land to a distance of one hundred seventy seven (177) feet to a drill hole in a wall, thence running southerly along said wall to a drill hole in the corner of a wall in a Stone bound on the West side of the East Beach road, thence running in a southerly direction along the wall to a distance of eighty-five (85) feet along a wall to a drill hole at a point in the wall, thence running easterly along said wall to a distance of one hundred seventy seven (177) feet to a distance of J. Alfred Burdick a distance of one hundred seventy two (172) feet to a drill hole in the wall, thence running southerly along the East Beach road to a drill hole in a Stone bound on the West side of the East Beach road, thence running in a northerly direction along said East Beach road a distance of eighty-five (85) feet to the point and the place of beginning and including dwelling house and improvements thereon. The above described property is bounded on the East by the East Beach Road, on the South by the West side and run lay no from northerly of J. Alfred Burdick and on the North by land now and formerly of J. Alfred Burdick. Being the same premises deeded to Henry S. Brightman by J. Alfred Burdick by deed dated January 20th, A. D. 1927, and recorded in the Records of Deeds in the Town of Charlestown in book 22, page 330 of the Records to which reference is in the record thereof is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof; and being the same premises conveyed by the Grand Lodge of the Ancient Order of United Women of North Dakota by foreclosure deed dated May 14, 1938, and recorded in the Records of Deeds in the Town of Charlestown in book 26, page 321, reference to which deed and the record thereof is hereby made and the same is made a part hereof. This deed is subject to fence agreement of record.
