I, Donna B. Jackson, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Bertram D. Kennedy and Mary D. Kennedy, husband and wife, both of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, aforesaid, as Joint tenants and not tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
That lot or parcel of land with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated at Quonocutong in the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a stone bound on the westerly line of the East Beach Road at the north-easterly corner of Lot, No. 4 on that plat entitled, " Peabody Plat in Charlestown, R. I., owned by the Toomy Realty Corporation, Scale 1" = 80', Surveyed September 1936 by Leon L. Holland Civil Engineer") thence westerly bounding southerly on said Lot, No. 4 on said plat Three hundred Thirty-seven and fifty-one hundredths meters (139.53) foot to land now or lately of Asa T. Hoxie and wife; thence northerly at an interior angle of 93° 19' 30" with the described line, bounding westerly on said Hoxie land Two Hundred Thirty and fifty-five one hundredths (230.55) feet to land now or lately of James Alfred Burdick; thence easterly bounding northerly on said Burdick land to East Beach Road; thence southerly bounding easterly on said East Beach Road Two Hundred Eighty-five and fifty-one hundredths (285.50) feet to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of way for highway purposes as appurtenant to the above described land over and across a street or way as delineated on said plat leading from said dust Beach Road to Charlestown Pond.
I, Henry G. Jackson husband of the grantor Donna B. Jackson release to said grantees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforementioned premises
