THORP, husband and wife, NELSON H. THORP and MERLE N. THORP, husband and wife, to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged signed instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed. Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as lot #285 shown on a map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, entitled "Map of Charlestown by the Sea" scale 1" equals 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut, and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown, said lot is bounded as follows: NORTHEASTERLY: by Kerry St., (25) feet, more or less; EASTERLY: by lot #282 on said map (100) feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY: by lot #284 on map (25) feet, more or less; WESTERLY: by lot #286 on said map (100) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. The consideration of this deed is $25.00. Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor Thomas P. Reilly, release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interests in the aforementioned premises. WITNESS my hand this 4th day of February, 1946. THOMAS P. REILLY ANNA T.
