We, Joseph P. Cybulski and Nellie M. Cybulski, husband and wife, both of the Town
of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to
Joseph Miller and Margaret Miller, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in
common, both of the city of Worcester, Commonwealth of Massachusetts with MORTGAGE COVENANTS,
to secure the payment of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (25000) Dollars in fifteen years with interest
at six per centum, per annum, payable annually not in advance as provided in a certain nego-
tiable promissory note of date own date herewith.
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State
of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon standing, situated in said Town of Charlestown, bounded and
describing follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said tract of land now or
formerly of Raymond Richards, s.e. running westerly, bounded
northerly by the State Highway, until reaching the South East corner,
a distance of one hundred twenty (120) feet; thence turning and running
southerly in a straight line, a distance of one hundred eighty (180) feet;
thence turning and running easterly to land of said Richards a distance
of one hundred twenty (120) feet, more or less; thence turning northerly,
bounded easterly by said Richards' land to sail State Highway at the
point and place of beginning.
Bounded southerly by the State Highway, westerly and northerly by lands
of the said Family Cybulski, et ux and easterly by land of the Ray-
mond Richards, et ux, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or
described.
This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER
OF SALE.

In Charlestown on the 3rd day of February, 1939 before me personally appeared
Joseph P. Cybulski and Nellie M. Cybulski, husband and wife, to me known and known by me to
be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument, by
them executed, to be their free act and deed.

RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
The undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of a certain mortgage recorded in the
records of land evidence in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, land Evidence Records
Book number 27 page 233 I do hereby cancel and discharge the said mortgage. And I covenant to me and with the person
making said payment that I am the true owner of the mortgage.
