396 ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE Industrial Trust Company, a corporation duly created by the General Assembly of the State of Rhode Island, Executor under will of Ida F. Myrick holder of a mortgage by Fred S. Rathbun to Ida F. Myrick dated January 22, 1935, recorded in the Records of Deeds in Charlestown, Rhode Island in Land Evidence Book No. 25, at page 694-5-5, for consideration paid, assigns said mortgage and the note and claim secured thereby to Exchange Real Estate Company, of the City of Providence, in the State of Rhode Island IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Industrial Trust Company, Executor, as aforesaid, has caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto affixed this 9th day of February, 1939, by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized.
