WARRANTY DEED 51 I, Hilja Pirhonen of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Lillian Horstmeyer and husband Roman Horstmeyer of said Charlestown, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS: An undivided one-third interest in and to a certain farm with a house, barn and other buildings and all rights, easements and other appurtenances thereon, provensions therefore standing, lying and being in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, which contains 90 acres, more or less, the same or more or less, with a highway passing north and south through said farm and also a road passing east and west the said farm described as follows: bounded on the north side by highway of Charles P. W. Wheeler and which is bounded on the north and northwest partly by land of George S. & Alice L. Vose and partly by land of George S. Vose, bounded on the east by land of John P. King, on the west by Passequasset Brook, so-called until it comes to land of Charles P. W. Wheeler besides some other land and on the south side of the said farm by Charles P. W. Wheeler until it comes to the place of beginning at the northeast corner of the said farm and thence south to the boundary or description of the said farm. Also two(2) lots of land with all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in said Charlestown, and delineated and described as lots Numbered 15 and 16 on Plat 11 in the Plat Book of the Propriety of The Eastern Manufacturing Works, Inc. at Kenyon, Rhody. I., Towns of Richmond and Charlestown, August 1914, bounded a Lewis, and a [?], together with the rights-of-way and the use of wells referred to in prior deeds. And the Grantor reserves unto herself, a life estate for and during the term of her natural life, in the abovedescribed premises. I, Hilja Pirhonen covenant that I am unmarried.
