662 We, EINAR SALORANTA and ANNA SALORANTA, husband and wife, of the City and State of New York, (hereinafter called the grantors), for nominal consideration paid, grant to THE NARRAGANSETT ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Rhode Island corporation, (hereinafter called the Grantee), its successors and assigns, with Warranty Covenants, the right and easement to construct, reconstruct, repair, maintain and operate, for the distribution of electric current and for telephone uses, lines of poles, which may be erected at the same or different times, with wires and cables strung upon and from the same, and with all necessary crossarms, racks, anchors, guys, hardware, fittings, equipment and appurtenances attached thereto, over, across and upon Grantors' land at Pasquessett Pond in the Town of Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island. The said lines of poles to consist of a main line of poles which is to enter from a town highway known as Ratheskeller Road and extend in a general westerly direction across Grantors' land and with branch lines of poles extending from said main line to the lands of abutting owners and the locations of the said lines of poles are to become established by and upon the erection thereof, from time to time, by the Grantee. Also the right and easement, from time to time, to clear and keep cleared said lines of poles of trees, underbrush and structures as necessary for their safe and proper operation and to renew, replace, add to and otherwise change the said lines of poles and each and every part thereof, and to pass over and along the Grantors' land to and from said lines of poles as reasonably required; together with right to permit and allow the attachment of wires, cables and equipment of any other Company.
