532 We, MICHAEL A. PIETILA and MARY K. PIETILA, husband and wife, of the Town of Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island, (hereinafter called the Grantors), for nominal consideration paid grant to THE NARRAGANSETT ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Rhode Island corporation, (hereinafter called the Grantee), its successors and assigns, with Warranty Covenants, the right and easement to erect, maintain, operate, replace and remove, poles, wires and the distribution of electric current and current for telephone use, and lines which may be erected at the same time, with racks, anchors, guys, braces, hangers, bolts, fasteners and everything upon the same, and with all necessary crossings, ramps, bridges, overpasses, underpasses, tunnels, culverts, and other appurtenances, to pass and extend, over, across and upon the Grantors' land at Pasquasset Pond in the Town of Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island, as shown on a certain plan made by George W. Coffin of Providence, which plan is here incorporated herein by reference, the said lines of wires and poles to run north and cross in a general southerly direction to land now or formerly of Elsie A. and Annie F. Pale, and then thence in a general southerly direction to land now or formerly of Victor Matson, and then thence in a general southerly direction to land now or formerly of Michael A. and Mary K. Pietila and on Easter Fellows and the location of the said line is to become established and upon the same to be erected by the Grantee. Also the right and easement, from time to time, to clear and keep cleared said lines of trees, underbrush and structures as necessary for its safe and proper operation and operation, and to remove, replace and install poles and other equipment, and to enter upon said Grantors' land as reasonably over and along said Grantors' land as reasonably required for all the above purposes purported together with the right to permit and allow the attachment of wires, cables and equipment of any other Company. It is agreed that the said line shall remain she property of the Grantee, its successors and assigns. D. 1949 at 9:15 o'clock, a. m., and recorded by [?] Town Clerk ---- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT that, RHODE ISLAND BOY SCOUTS, a Corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, with its office in the City of Providence in said State, (hereinafter called the Grantor), for nominal consideration paid, grant to THE NARRAGANSETT ELECTRIC COMPANY, a Rhode Island corporation (hereinafter called the Grantee), its successors and assigns, with Warranty Covenants, the right and easement to erect, maintain and operate, replace and remove, poles, wires and the distribution of electric current and for telephone use, lines of wires which may be erected at the same time, with all necessary appurtenances, as a certain portion of the Grantor's land at Pasquasset Pond in the Town of Charlestown, Washington County, Rhode Island. Said lines of wires and poles to run north and cross in a general southerly direction to land now or formerly of Michael A. and Mary K. Pietila in a general southerly direction to land now or formerly of Michael A. and Mary K. Pietila the erection thereof by the Grantee. Also the right and easement, from time to time, to clear and keep trimmed such trees as necessary for the safe and proper operation of said lines of wires and to pass over the Grantor's land as reasonably required for all the above purposes.
