371 That certain strip of land twenty (20) feet in width in the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode Island, for the express purposes of being used and improved, together with an adjoining strip of land twenty (20) feet in width parallel to the above-conveyed strip, and situated in said Town, and more or less, as a right of way forty (40) feet in width, for the benefit of the owners of land in said Charlestown, including, but not limited to, the owners of land in or under deeds in book 2, page 88, and book 2, page 88, namely, Edward L.
