407 STATUTORY FORM - WARRANTY Deed I, ROBERT BONNER, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to ROBERT J. BONNER of said Town of Westerly, with WARRANTY COVENANTS, that certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and described as follows, to wit: A certain tract or parcel of land formerly having a summer cottage thereon, located on the northerly side of Atlantic Avenue at Quonocutogue East Beach so called being Lot Number Five Hundred and Sixty-Four (564) as shown and delineated on a certain plan plotted or surveyed, Plat of East Beach, Quonocutogue, Rhode Island, property of S. H. Davis, Inc., Leon L. Holland, C. E., Scale 1" equals 100', said plan is filed in Charlestown Land Evidence Books in Charlestown Land Evidence Records. Said lot is Fifty (50) Feet wide and extends from Atlantic Avenue to "the shore". Being the same premises conveyed to this grantor by deed of Robert J. Bonner and Donald R. Bonner, being all the surviving children and heirs at law of Elizabeth A. Bonner, dated January 27, 1948 and recorded in said Charlestown Land Evidence Records in Book 30 at page 649, this grantor being the surviving husband land said Evidence Elizabeth A. Bonner. Said premises are subject to all reservations, restrictions and covenants in deed of Charlestown Estates, Inc. to Elizabeth A. Bonner dated August 2, 1937 and recorded in said Charlestown Land Evidence Records, together with all appurtenances, privileges and benefits thereof. I covenant that I am a widower and have not remarried. The consideration for this deed is such that no revenue stamp is required. WITNESS my hand this 3d day of January, A. D. 1949.
