We, CHARLES MEACHAM and HILDRETH M. MEACHAM, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to the BOSTON WIRE STITCHER COMPANY, a Connecticut corporation located in the Town of Stonington, County of New London and State of Connecticut, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Twenty-five Hundred dollars ($2500.00 Dollars) with interest at three (3%) per centum, per annum, payable on demand as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith.
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
