311 WARRANTY DEED I, W. Stanley Barrett, of the City and County of Providence, in the State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Everett R. Graichen of said City, County and State and Sidney Cohn of the City of Cranston, in said County and State, as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate located on the southerly side of the Post Road in the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island consisting of 52.9 acres of land more or less as shown on the accompanying "Map of Land in Charlestown, Rhode Island to be conveyed by Mary Emmett Burke and Jesse W. Bliss to W. Stanley Barrett by Waterman Engineering Co., February, 1947." A copy of said map being attached hereto. Said tract of land fronts on Quonochontaug Pond and is bounded on the west by land now or formerly of Mary Emmett Burke, on the north by the Post Road, and on the east in part by land now or formerly of Frances K. Curie, boundary Road, and on the east in part by land now or formerly of Martha H. Crandall, and in part by land now or formerly of Frances K. Curie. Included in this sale are all right-of-way mapped through the property on the west owned by Mary Emmett Burke as delineated on map above referred to. The above described tract and right of way are particularly shown upon the plat entitled "Map of Land in Charlestown, Rhode Island to be conveyed by Mary Emmett Burke and Jesse W. Bliss to W. Stanley Barrett by Waterman Engineering Co., February, 1947." A copy of said map being attached hereto. Said granted easement is reserved to the grantors, their heirs, assigns and assigns, as appurtenant to the land hereby conveyed. The same being premises conveyed to this Grantor by Jesse W. Bliss, Mary Emmett Burke and George H. Waterman by deed dated January 1, 1947. Said transfer being found recorded in the land Records of the Town of Charlestown in Deed Book 30 at Page 318. This conveyance is subject to taxes assessed June 15, 1948. Irene B. Barrett, wife of the grantor release to said grantees all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises.
