I, Glenna M. Eklund, of the City of Cranston, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Hugh V. Connors and wife, Madeline E. Connors, of the Town of East Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
(Description, and Incumbrances, if any)
in fee simple; that certain lot or parcel of land, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as lot #823, on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, R. I., Owned and developed by Thomas F. Nelly, Scale 1" = 100, Dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn." and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown.
Said lot is bounded:
Northerly : by Taxmore Street, as shown on said Map, twenty-five (25) feet, more or less;
Easterly : by Lot Number 822, as shown on said Map, one-hundred and twenty-five (125) feet, more or less;
Southerly : by part of lot Number 849, and part of lot Number 850, both as shown on said Map, twenty-five (25) feet, more or less; and
Westerly : by lot number 824, as shown on said Map, one-hundred and twenty-five (125) feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
I, Russell E. Eklund, husband of the grantor Glenna M. Eklund, release to said grantees all his right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforesaid premises
