138 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT I, WELCOME S. CARMICHAEL, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, Executor and sole devisee under the will of Ellen A. Carmichael (sometimes called Nellie A. Carmichael), late of said Town of Charlestown, deceased, having received full payment and satisfaction of that certain mortgage made by George Carmichael, Jr. to George H. Dyson, dated May 1, 1886 and recorded in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown in Real Estate Mortgage Book 11 at page 376 (said Nellie A. Carmichael being the transferee of the mortgagees named in said mortgage) hereby cancel and discharge the same.
