Signed and sealed in presence of William Hoxsey Charles H. Eldredge SS Hattie H. Eldredge SS State of Rhode Island County of Washington Sc In Westerly on the 30th day of January AD 1906 before me personally appeared Charles H. Eldredge and Hattie H. Eldredge husband and wife to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument and they acknowledged said instrument by them executed to be their free act and deed. William Hoxsey Notary Public Received for record May 22 1906 at 9 oclock AM and recorded by George own Cross Town Clerk ---- For discharge of this mort, see Book 1016 page 294 For house see Book 1017 page 242 The undersigned having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the records of land evidence in the town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island in Book Number 31 at page 196 hereby cancel and discharge the same, and covenant to and with the person making said payment that I am the present owner of said mortgage.
