ROBERTS, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain lot or tract of land, situated at "Hill Pasture," so-called, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a stone bound set on the ground whereby the southwesterly side of a street at the northeasterly corner of premises hereby conveyed and at the southwesterly corner of premises of Charles H. Hill et ux; thence running southeasterly along the bound of said street, a distance of 110 feet and 90(80) feet [?] to another stone bound set in the ground at the northeasterly corner of premises of George A.
