I, HIRAM L. WRIGHT, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to DORANCE R. WRIGHT and HELEN L. WRIGHT, husband and wife, both of said Town, County and State, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, meaning to the survivor, with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain tract or parcel of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Village of Carolina, Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, housed, bounded and described as follows:
beginning at a point on the easterly side of the State Highway; said point being one hundred (100) feet north of the corner of the premises hereby conveyed southeast and then southeasterly corner of premises formerly of William Beresford et ux thence running easterly, bounded northerly parte by said land and formerly of William Beresford and partly by land formerly of Noel B. Ferster, a distance of Twenty (20) rods, more or less; thence a distance of Twenty (20) rods running southerly to the heirs of the Heirs of Jesse R. Boyd; thence running easterly by land formerly of the heirs of Jesse R. Boyd; thence running southerly ten (10) rods, more or less, to the said State Highway, a distance of Twenty (20) rods, more or less, to the said State Highway; thence running northerly, bounded easterly by said State Highway, of some distance [?] rods, more or less, to the point and place of beginning, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed by deed from Hiram L. Wright to Hiram L. Wright, dated May 11, 1939 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, said Town of Charlestown, Book 27, page 300; the said deed and the records referred to and the records thereafter being hereby had and made and the same made a part hereof for a more complete and detailed description of the premises hereby conveyed.
I, Florance A. Wright, wife of the grantor, release to said Grantee all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises.

In Charlestown, on the 19th day of April, A. D. 1948, before me personally appeared Hiram L. Wright and Florance A. Wright, husband and wife, both to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed.
