the said land is bounded on the North by land of the heirs of John Burdick; on the East by land of the heirs of John Burdick; on the South by land of the heirs of John Burdick; and on the West by land of the heirs of John Burdick. The premises herein conveyed are more particularly described in a deed from John S. Burdick to Myra W. Burdick dated October 12, 1936 and recorded in Book 24, page 112 of the land evidence records of Charlestown, Rhode Island. Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the said premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said Myra W. Burdick and John S. Burdick, their heirs and assigns forever. In witness whereof, the said Myra W.
