I, John W. Buddington, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Charlestown Estates, Inc., a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and having a place of business in the City of Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
Two certain parcels or tracts of land located at Quonochontaug East Beach in the Town of Charlestown aforesaid now towned and described as follows, to wit:
First Parcel: Beginning at a point at the northeast corner of land of Edward Thorpe and the southeasterly curve of the premises hereby conveyed; thence running northerly then North forty-seven and one hundredths degrees (N 47.01) east to Atlantic Avenue; thence easterly Forty-eight and one eight hundredths (48.18) feet (90) thence south forty-seven and one hundredths (S 47.01) one hundred feet to the northeast corner of said Third land; thence westerly Forty-nine 1/2 feet (49.5) then north forty-seven and one hundredths (N 47.01) bounded westerly by land of G. Barney Blackwood, northerly by Atlantic Avenue; easterly to Atlantic Avenue; southerly to the point of beginning and westerly to the point of beginning.
Second Parcel Beginning at a point at the northwesterly corner of land of Evy M. Rocute and the southeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed; thence northerly Ninety-seven feet (97) then North forty-seven and one hundredths (N 47.01) east to Avenue; thence easterly along said Atlantic Avenue Eighty (80) feet thence southerly Ninety-seven feet (97) thence south forty-seven and one hundredths (S 47.01) to the corner of land of Theresa A. Butler; thence westerly Eighty (80) feet and easterly by land of Charlestown Estates, Inc., northerly by Atlantic Avenue and easterly by land of Evy M. Rocute and Idaa of Theresa A. Butler.
Both of the above parcels are shown on a certain plat or map entitled "Plat of Quonochontaug East Beach Property of S. R. Davis, Inc., Land L. Holland C.E., Scale 1 inch equals 100 ft, Revised, July, 1931".
The object of this deed being to release the above described parcels from a certain mortgage made by myself John W. Buddington dated March 26, 1932 and duly recorded in the Land Evidence Records of said Town of Charlestown.
