KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Charles Weld, of Providence, County of Prov-
idence, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Kenneth M. Marlowe, North Kings-
town, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State
of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A certain tract of beach land with all the buildings and improvements thereon situated
in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said tract, and at the southeast corner of
land of Gertrude L. Bicknell; thence northerly bounding westerly by land of said Bicknell to
the highway; thence easterly bounding northerly by said highway fifty-five (55) feet, more or
less; thence southerly bounding easterly by land now or formerly of Hattie P. Larkin, to the
ocean; thence westerly bounding southerly by the ocean fifty-five (55) feet, more or less, to
the place of beginning, or however otherwise bounded, granting unto said Grainee a right to
pass to and from the pond over other land of said Hattie P. Larkin, at all times hereafter.
The consideration is such that no revenue stamp is required.
I, Charles Weld warrant that I am unmarried.
