Potter, husband and wife, both of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and to the survivor of them and unto the heirs and assigns of said survivor as joint tenants and not as tenants in common with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situate in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of the hereby conveyed tract at the point where thetherly line of the land now, or formerly of Eleanor D. Baker; thence northwesterly 100 feet to the bounding. Bounded easterly by the public highway or Charlestown Beach Road and 34 feet, more or less, or by a fence; northerly by the land now, or formerly of Eleanor D. Baker, street and by the land of Malcolm Perry; southeasterly by Charlestown Pond; north- westerly and westerly by the land of Harold and Myra Potter and northerly by the land of formerly or formerly of Eleanor D. Baker. Being Lot No. 13 on Assessors' Plat No. 17. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed by deed of Edward Baker dated June 11, 1891 from the land of Lot No. 13 on Assessors' Plat No. 17, recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, in said Town of Charlestown, in Book No. 26, Page 26, Reference being made to said Records thereof seeing hereby had and made and the same made a part of these presents. I, Edwin Everett Jones, husband of the grantor released to the grantees all my right of curtesy and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises.
