I, WALTER E. MYRICK, of the Town of West Warwick, County of Kent, State of Rhode
Island, for consideration paid, grant to George S. Matthey, of said Town, County and State
with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State
of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of
land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island,
and laid out and designated as Lots Number 459-461 as shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea,
Charlestown, Rhode Island" owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1" = 100 feet,
Dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut", and filed in the
office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown, together with the buildings and improvements
thereon standing. Said lots are bounded as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by 80'wide Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50)
feet, more or less
WESTERLY : by Lot Number 459, as shown on said Map, one hundred
(100) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY : by Lots Numbers 460 and 461, as shown on said Map, fifty
(50) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY : by Lot Number 458, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100)
feet, more or less.
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean front.
The consideration of this deed is less than one hundred dollars.
I hereby covenant that I am unmarried.
