I, Isabelle $. Rook, unmarried, of the Town of Westerly, in the County of Washington, ton, and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Frederick L. Hall and Clara
M. Hall, husband and wife, both of the Town of Stonington, County of New London, State of
Connecticut, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common, with the right of survivorship,
with quit-CLAIM covenants
That certain real estate situated in Town of Charlestown, County of Washington in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
Located at Mat Beach, Quonochontaug in said Town of Charlestown, being lot
number thirty-two (32) on a plat of land entitled "Casamorta Realty Company" as surveyed
by Leon L. Roland, C. S. said plat being filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Town
of Charlestown.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by the grantor herein,
by deed of seven years term, and to be recorded in the Records of Deeds of said Town of
Charlestown; and being made subject to the same conditions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way referred to in said deed, and further subject to the deed of the grantees
herein, dated October 7, 1935 and recorded in the Records of Deeds of said Town of Charlestown,
in Book 24, page 247, which deed is hereby expressly referred to and made a part hereof.
Also that certain real estate situated in Town of Charlestown, County of Wash-
ington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
Located at Mat Beach, Quonochontaug in said Town of Charlestown, being lots num-
bera Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34) on a plat of land entitled "Casamorta Realty
Company" as surveyed by Leon L. Roland, C. S. said plat being filed in the office of the Town
Clerk of said Town of Charlestown.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by the grantor herein by
deed of seven years term, and to be recorded in the Records of Deeds of said Town of Charles-
town; and being made subject to the same conditions, restrictions, reservations and rights of
way referred to in said deed, and further subject to the deed of the grantees herein,
dated January 16, 1931 and recorded in the Records of Deeds of said Town of Charlestown,
in Book 24, page 331, which deed is hereby expressly referred to and made a part hereof.
The consideration of this deed is such that no revenue stamps are required.
