In Providence, on the 30th day of April, A. D. 1942, before me personally appeared the above named mortgagors, Morris Bither and wife, Marie E. Bither, both of them to me known and known by me to be I, the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and severally acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed.

The Old Colony Cooperative Bank, having received full payment and satisfaction, does hereby cancel and discharge this Mortgage Deed, which is recorded in the Land Records of the Town of Charlestown, State of Rhode Island, in Mortgage Book 28, at pages 651, 652 & 653.
In Testimony Whereof, said bank has caused the Presents to be signed on its behalf by its Assistant Secretary and by its Assistant Secretary and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed by its Assistant Secretary, all duly authorized, this tenth day of May A. D. 1944.
