Town of Westerly, June 10, 1944.
In Westerly on the 10th day of June A. D. 1944 before me personally appeared the
above named GEORGE A. SAWYER to me known, known by me to be the party executing the foregoing
instrument, and severally acknowledged said instrument, by him executed, to be his free act
and deed.

Town Clerk
Industrial Trust Company, having received full payment and satisfaction of the
within mortgage, does hereby cancel and discharge the same.

Corporate Seal to be hereunder affixed by its Manager or the Asst. Manager or its Westerly Branch
duly authorized, this seventh day of August A. D. 1944.
