I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town of North Haven, County of New Haven, State of
Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Harry and Eva M. Viens, husband and wife,
and to the survivor of them, and unto the heirs and assigns of said survivor, as joint
tenants and not as tenants in common, both of the Town of Pawtucket, County of Provi-
dence, State of Rhode Island own with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the
State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or
parcels of Land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of
Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots Numbers 85A and 85B shown on a "Map
of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island" owned and developed by Thomas F.
Reilly, Scale 1" = 100', dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New
Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said
lots are bounded as follows:
SOUTHERLY : by Shore Drive, as shown on said Map, thirty-one
points three (31.3) feet, more or less;
EASTERLY: by lot Number 857, as shown on said Map, one hundred
and seventy-eight point ninety-three (178.93) feet,
more or less;
NORTHERLY : by part of Lot Number 811 and by Lots Numbers 832,
834, 835 and 836, as shown on said Map, one hundred
and twenty-nine point forty-seven (129.47) feet, more
or less;
WESTERLY : by part of Lot Number 837 and Lots Numbers 838 and 839,
as shown on said Map, sixty-two point nine (62.9) feet,
more or less; and
WESTERLY AGAIN: by lot Number 858, as shown on said Map, one hundred
ninety-four point five (194.05) feet, more or less;
This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
Together with parking privileges on lot near ocean front.
Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee
all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises
