36 STATE OF RHODE ISLAND) County of Providence ) In Providence in said county, on this 18th day of June A. D. 1937 before me personally appeared the above named mortgagors, Norman D. MacLeod and wife Maud T. MacLeod, both of them to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument, by them executed, to be their free act and deed. FREDERICK S. SCHOENWEISS Notary Public. Received for record June 22nd, A. D. 1937 at 8:10 o'clock, a. m., and recorded by [signature] Town Clerk. ---- Ernest H. Frost and Maybell C. Frost the undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage recorded in the records of land evidence in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in Real Estate Mortgage Book Number 27 at page 34, we hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and we covenant with the person making said payment, that we are the present owners of said mortgage.
