401] 377 v To all People to whom these presents Shall come Greetings Whereas if that I James Sheldon of Westerly in Providence County in Rhode Island and Providence Plantations yeoman for and in consideration of ten shillings of lawful money of said Province paid to and by Terrance Brown of Westerly said ten shillings aforesaid to me in hand before execution of these presents witnessed by the subscribers then below written’s do hereby acknowledge and declare that I by these presents do grant bargain and sell convey and confirm to Terrance Brown all that piece of land lying and situated in the town of Westerly in the said county and province conveyed and confirmed and granted by write of indenture fully and absolutely given and delivered to me by John Gorton’s son all those certain
