Know all men by these presents That I Benjamin Mornington
of Charles town inhabitant County and Colony of Rhode Island an Physician
do by these presents know and make it known that the said Benjamin Mornington aforesaid
in my present state of health and being of sound and perfect mind intend wherefore the
said Benjamin Mornington of the said town and colony for the sum of five hundred pounds current
of sterling money of and to my trusty friend and truly paid by William Greene of the town

monumentally forever and the Right Great bargain sale for his mortgage Wife
Rosalind, Signatures Deeds and Agreements Executions or documents etc etc etc
Name or Nature however that might in any measure or degree of either in or
made void The first of this Deed And Furthermore I the said Benjamin
Harrington for myself my heirs Successors and Assigns and Edwin Williams henceforth
and forever the whole Some Demise Premises to him the said William
Grace his heirs and assigns to have and to hold the Law claim or Demand
of any Person or Persons whatsoever forever to Warrant Secure and
Defend by the same present and I Hannah Harrington the Wife of the said
Benjamin Harrington testify that for Consideration before mentioned doth
Bless this bargain fully and Witnessly guide up and Surrender all my
Right of joining and power of third life under the Before Bargained
Woman to him the said William Grace his heirs and assigns forever
