To all people to whom these presents shall come Greetings To all that
I John Larkins of Westerly in Kings County in Colony of Rhode Island and New
England gentleman for Diverse good causes and considerations but foremost
Especially for an end Consideration of exchanging certain Claims desire
that shall henceforth be ceased and forever Quiet Claimed and by these presents do
remise release and forever with fully Clearly and Absolutely remise release
and forever quit Claim unto Benjamin Mansfield artisan of London in Colony
of Maryland Connecticut in full and absolute Fee Simple Duration of any
tenure convenient in all full and absolute Fee Simple Right Title and demand
herein and against for forever absolute right Title and demand
Whatever estate or title the said John Larkins or any other have in or of all that
certain piece of Land situate lying and being in Earls colony or
Such other piece of Land situate lying and being in this Colony of exchanging of these
Kings County Colony of Rhode Island aforesaid for exchanging of these claims
of the said John Larkins it be piece of Land bounded as follows Southale
