That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Those certain tracts or lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, Numbers 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 and 81 being platting filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of said Town of Charlestown; said tracts or lots are also being shown as Lots 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 31 and 81 on a map owned and developed by Thomas F.
