To all people to whom these presents shall come greeting be it known that James King of the Town of North hampton in the County of Charlestown in the Colony of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations in the said colony Yeoman for his sufficient consideration of sum of seven pounds of lawful money of the said colony to wit in hand paid before this writing and Delivery hereof well and truly paid by John Solomon his son and heir of the said James King and his heirs forever to have and to hold the said parcel of land with all its rights and appurtenances to the said John Solomon and his heirs of each piece part of the said parcel of ten acres located in the said town of Northhampton which is called the Low land or the Low meadow the said people have known for a long time and above named James King doth hereby grant and deliver the said land to his son Benjamin for ever on the condition that he shall pay or provide in the future for his mother during her life and if the said Benjamin shall die or fail in paying or maintaining his mother in her old age the said land shall revert to James King or his heirs at law the said parcel of land is located in the town of Northhampton in the colony
