To all Christian People to whom these presents shall come Greeting this Twenty the 14th day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred seventy four and by payment of the sum of twenty three pounds ten shillings of Money of New England to me in hand Given for selling Her lot of land lying in the town of [illegible] in the county of [illegible] with the appurtenances there of the Lot known as the Lot of John Lake in the town of [illegible] with all the rights of it do hereby grant and convey and confirm and convey and all rights Her grant Given’s ability quite her grant Bargain and sell all her right and full right fully to said John Lake in her lot and appurtenances lying in the town of [illegible] and state lying in the town of [illegible] in the town of [illegible] the [illegible] containing by estimation one acre and a quarter of an acre lying above the [illegible] at Plymouth. With Beginning at a stone mark or a post called Boundary running South west 20 rods to a stake and by thence run North South East 20 rods to a stake and by thence run North East 20 rods to a stake on a line with a stone mark and by thence run North West 20 rods to a stake on a line with a stone mark and by thence about 20 rods to the South East to the first stake from whence it about returneth to the first stone mark with all the rights and privileges to it belonging and her right to the said Lot of grant Bargain and sell privileges and with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging and to be granted to my name foreverly or any appertaining to her lot of John Lake the first and appurtenances thereunto and his heirs successors of Benefit and Behoof forever to the said John Lake and to me my last will and testament and to grant and give to all with John Lake his heirs and assigns That her grant of selling her lot of land and appurtenances lying in above described premises and with all the rights of it and all other privileges and rights and its benefits for the people to have full possession and authority to sell a [illegible] of the same in the manner as it is now and the Bargain and
