To all Publick People to inform that the property shall remain to ye sd John Norton of ye town of [illegible] in life and then to his heirs and assigns in perpetuity as long as he shall remain a resident in ye sd town and in possession of all the rights and privileges of a freeholder in ye sd town and of all other rights of the sd town. And that he shall be entitled to the use of the common land and the right of pasture and other privileges of the sd town and that he shall be given equal grades in the sd town and that he shall be entitled to the right of suffrage for each land estate parts or pieces of land he owns lying and lying in ye sd town and for each rate paying of ye town and for any other right as limited as follows
