62 To all people to whose presents shall come Greeting. Know ye that I Joseph Shaine of Charlestown in the County of King's County in the State of Rhode Island agree for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds of lawful money of me well and truly paid by Elisha Shaine of the said County and County above I express the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge and agree that with all the Rights Privileges and Appurtenances the said Elisha Shaine
