109 all premiums for insurance maintained upon said premises, and all water rates and other e-xpenses hereby secured as herein provided. 2. To keep and maintain insurance against loss by fire and by such other hazards, casualties and accidents as may be agreed upon in such amounts, for such periods, in such form and in such company or companies as the mortgagee or the mortgage holder, by the holder of the mortgage or the mortgagee may from time to time specify, and to pay promptly when due all the premiums on such insurance; to make all policies satisfactory to it and to deliver the policies to the mortgagee, and in the event of loss or damage to the mortgages or other holder of the mortgage for this time the being is hereby made, contingent and subject to the terms and trust and liability hereby imposed upon the mortgagors of the mortgage to admit, adjust, sue for, compromise and collect any and all sums any and all
