To all Christian people welcome this gospel Deed of sale shall Come that John Munford of 41 North Kingstown in the County of Kent Province of Rhode Island & Providence planting Yeoman of the one part to John Munford of the [?] & [?] of North Kingstown Yeoman of the other part In Witness whereof he has hereunto set his seal & signature in the presence of Robert Moore By John Munford of said North Kingstown in the County of Kent Province of Rhode Island witness of the first part Acknowledge & sayeth that he hath freely & voluntarily sold conveyed & transferred to the said John Munford of the said North Kingstown Yeoman all that piece or parcel of land lying & situated in said North Kingstown called the [?] which land contains by estimation 5 acres & [?] parcels property in greater part lying & situated on the [?] that being situated on the [?] of the said John Munford my father & says further that he & the said John Munford my father have to the said John Munford my father given sole & absolute title to the said parcel of land containing 5 acres from said [?] & says further that he & John Munford his father have conveyed the same farm or piece of land that being in [?] in [?]
