To all Christian people welcome this gospel Deed of sale shall Come that John Munford of 41
North Kingstown in the County of Kent Province of Rhode Island & Providence planting
Yeoman of the first part & the said John Masterson of East Greenwich in the County of
Kent Yeoman of the second part In witness whereof I the said John Munford seal my
Seal below the seal of my Wife & Delivery of the premises in the part
By my Wife Catherine Munford of North Kingstown in the County of Kent province of Rhode
Island yeoman's wife a copy of my Wife's hand signed & sealed below for her consent &
Agreement to this sale of land for the sum of Ten pounds sterling’s paid to me in hand
By the said John Masterson in part payment for the land hereinafter described and
Given by me the said John Munford my heir heirs forever shall have & hold the premises to him his
heirs & assigns forever from this day forward in lieu of any claim in the house now in the
said town of North Kingstown where in the said Catherine Munford my wife now resides as
tenant for life with full power to rent out the said land and use the income according to her
will during her life and after her death the said land and all the privileges thereunto belonging to the
said John Masterson and his heirs only subject to the will of the said Catherine Munford that
she may receive from the said John Masterson if he be living then five pounds sterling’s
per annum for her support & maintenance & if the said John Masterson die before her the
said sum of five pounds per annum to be paid by the said John Masterson's heirs & descendants
until her death and it is further agreed that if the said John Masterson die before the time of
delivery of the premises or if he leave no heirs of body then the land shall revert to me the
said John Munford and my heirs forever provided that the said John Masterson or his heirs
have for once after one year from the date of this instrument paid the balance of the purchase
Sum of five pounds of all present forfeits for which it witnesseth that on the 7th day of July
1796 in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & ninety six was made this
Deed Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of the following witnesses

The Subscriber hereby certifies that the day and hour above
mentioned was recorded in the Register of this above instrument pursuant
to the act and act dated and filed under signature.

To all Christian people to whom these presents shall come Samuel William
of Charlestown in the County of Kent Province of Rhode Island Providence Plantation
on New England State Citizen Farmer knows that I the said Samuel William
on the sum of One hundred & five pounds of current money of America to be paid
to me already paid by George Young of the county and province aforesaid the said George
do hereby give & grant solely & exclusively unto the said George Young and his heirs forever
the piece of land of George Young's estate lying in the town of Charlestown in the
