28 To all people to whom these presents shall come greeting With love to Wit that I William Robinson of South Kingstown in the County of Kent County in the State of Rhode Island & commonwealth in Consideration of Divers good Causes & Considerations me love unto making this my last Will & Testament hereunto I do make appoint & ordain my son John Robinson to be my Executor administration hereof provided that he shall pay all my just debts’s Just Claims unto Being satisfied of my said son John Robinson in the County of Kent’s for common use in his full power & authority to convey & transfer to be his heirs forever all all my land’s lot’s & right’s whatever he shall have in the within described all my lot’s both in town & in country or in some part or parcel of it situated lying & in the Situation in the County in one by the low tide mark of the said town by situation for two hundred & Eighty feet be the same north & south 80 & 100 ft east & west (Only) the first part of said land’s being in the town of Kingstown which will remain for John the second part of my said land’s be situated & conveyed by a will the third parcel of l’s Deed Conveyed by me by Indenture made & sealed this
