320 To all People to Whome these presents shall come Greeting. And that he, J. Coburn & his Heirs and assigns shall have and may fore- ver come to time and at all times forever hereafter by force and virtue of this present Lawfully Peaceably quietly and Quietly Have hold Use Occupy possess & enjoy the sd Dump & bargn and premises with the Appur- tenances free and clear in Diffidently and Clearly acquitted cypherated and Discharged of from all and all Manner of claims of former or other gath prand Bragdon, Jane & Marriage with his Infants daughter Dorcas Indenture made thinke Gratitude or umbrance of what some are nature Servent that might in any Measure or Degree disturb or make void the present Deed.
