Shamos Brand of Newportly in y County of Kent County and y Colony
of Rhode Island stand here now being Year about Eighty four Years Age on oath
depose and saith that he was well acquainted with Wllm Stanton
of Newportly in y Colony of Rhode Island and his family about Eighty Years
ago and I Story was well remember that he y Stanton had two Children
name of Hannah Stanton and y Joseph Stanton and I well remember
that said Stanton had one to be had Children by his wife Hannah
Deceased and I well remember that there was a woman lived with
him and I always understood that she was his wife and her Children
name was Rebecca and Madon Name Phoebe and I well
remember that y Joseph Stanton and said Rebecca had four
Children namely Rebecca Stanton Thomas Stanton Daniel
Stanton and Samuel Stanton and further saith Nothe
