(92) Poppce tree marked with Stones about it from thence by a Straight Line to the foret mentioned Bounds, Together with all Vinegars Woods Ways waters Watercourses Rights Priviledges & Hereditaments & Appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining within the Bounds above Mentioned - To have & to hold the said Land & Released Premises unto him the said Justin his heirs & assigns forever Giving & granting Properly Proposed here for & be hold forever So that neither I the Given Degrove nor my heirs their heirs or Done or any other Person or Person from or under me or Other of them shall or deed at any time now or hereafter forever Institute Claim Challenge or Demand any Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim or Done or in any wise the aforesaid Released & released Premises But what shall be forever hereafter declared to & Devolved by these Presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto my Hand the Sevenbeventh Day of May and in the ye Condi tion of His Majestys Reign George the Third by the Grace of God of Great Brittan King Anno Domini 1762

on a Cart path and Easterly on a Match or Shole of Water is for East the East part of Cedar Island to the first mentioned Cove is being situate in Charlestown Where and to had it had Granted and bargained Romise with all the Appurtenances Privilege and Commodities the same being or in any where Appertaining to him that John Gorton his Heirs & Assigns which is their only proper Use Benefit & behoof for ever and the Valid Weldh formly set my hand Done Dated Dom 2nd to Covenant Promise & d to and with the said John Gorton his Heir & Assign, that before & until the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents I grant from the Free Sole & Only owner all the before named & Bargained & Promised premises and Holding Seized & Possessed of the same in mine own Proper Right Not as a poor perfect and Absolute Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple and limited my good Right full Power and lawful Authority to sell and d of the same in like manner as aforesaid and that the said John Gorton his & Assign shall and may from time to time at all times forever by force & virtue of these Presents have and Use Occupy Possess & d the above demised & Bargained Premise with the above mentioned clear and freely & Exactly acquitted Exonerated & Discharged of all all manner of Former or other any Bargain Sale law deal Mortgage wills Entails Tenures Device Judgment Execution or berances Whatever Further more the I Charles Walch for myself my Heirs Execu & d me & doth Covenant & Engage the above dem and Bargained Premise with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said John Gorton his Heirs & Assign against the lawful For & Demands of any Person or Person Whatever forever herestor for ents Sure & Defend And Mary Walch the Wife of the said C Walch doth hereby freely Given up and surrender all her right of d and Power of Mind of in undo the before Demised Premise unto the said John Gorton his Heirs & Assign forever In Witness where have hereunto set our hand and Seal this twelfth Day of March in the Year of the Reign of George the Third King of Great Britain and Ire Signed Sealed & Deld by in presence of [illegible] Sarah Tabor Jed Taylor the accom Deed was record d 26 of may 1791 by [illegible] [illegible] [illegible] Rhode County March 17th 1791 Charles Walch Mary Walch Personally appears the subscriber in Charlestown in Court’s [illegible] John [illegible] acknowledged above will in form to the same his hand writing before me [illegible] Justice of the peace
