To All Men to whom these Presents shall come That I Thomas Kinneydore of Charleston in the County of Princes County of Rhode Island aforesaid West Shore of the Narragansett February 1st 1744 on behalf of my Father that said Thomas Kinneydore for and Consideration of the sum of four Hundred Pounds Current money of the Province paid unto me by the bargain and sale by the handing over of a deed of Samuel Budick of Charleston in the County and Province aforesaid known to be the owner of his house and land mentioned and described my the deed with full Seisin Entry convey and had and held and given and by myself their part and parcel thereof to Samuel Budick as beneficial tenant and наследник Samuel Samuel Budick replace his house boundaries, stations and tenements to owner through these Presents.
